张家港民生频道是张家港市融媒体中心（原张家港市广播电视台）旗下曾设的主流民生服务类电视频道，2013 年由原电视社会生活频道全新改版成立，以 “贴近民生、服务港城” 为核心定位，重点推出 1 小时民生新闻栏目《第一视线》、社教专题栏目《人物秀》及帮忙类节目《小韩说事》《好人帮》等特色内容，聚焦本地民生动态、诉求解决与社会服务，为港城群众提供实用资讯与维权帮扶渠道，凭借贴近性强的节目形式成为连接政府与市民的重要桥梁；2019 年张家港市融媒体中心组建后，响应县级媒体 “精简精办” 改革要求，该频道完成内部整合停播，原核心节目平移至综合频道及 “今日张家港” 客户端等融媒平台持续传播，继续发挥民生服务价值。
