TLC, Discovery Communications'ın Türkiye'de 6 Kasım 2015'te CNBC-e'nin yerine kurduğu kurgu, yaşam tarzı ve reality şovlar yayınlayan televizyon kanalıdır. Kanal Discovery Communications'ın Türkiye'deki ilk şifresiz kanalıdır. Yayınlar şimdilik SD formatta yapılmaktadır ve HD yayın çalışmaları sürmektedir. HD yayını ara sıra Kablo TV'de 34.kanaldan test edilmektedir. Kanalın gündüz yayın akışı, ağırlıklı olarak Oprah Prime, Cake Boss ve Say Yes to the Dress gibi yaşam tarzı yapımlardan oluşmaktadır. Prime Time’da ise; Fear the Walking Dead ve Aquarius gibi kurgu, komedi ve yaşam tarzına dayalı programlar yer almaktadır. Discovery Channel'da yer alan Running Wild with Bear Grylls ve Joel Lambert ile Manhunt gibi şov programlarını da yayınlamakta.
