TV Nova je česká komerční televizní stanice sídlící v Praze-Barrandově. Vysílání zahájila 4. února 1994 jako první česká celoplošná soukromá televizní společnost. Jejím zakladatelem a prvním generálním ředitelem byl Vladimír Železný. Jejím provozovatelem je mediální společnost TV Nova, která patří Central European Media Enterprises (CME), kterou od roku 2020 vlastní firma PPF sídlící v Amsterdamu. Je jednou z nejsledovanějších českých televizních stanic a vysílá nejsledovanější českou zpravodajskou relaci večerní Televizní noviny. Generálním ředitelem je od roku 2023 Daniel Grunt.
