昌都综合频道是昌都市融媒体中心旗下的核心电视平台，以汉藏双语高清播出为特色，是全国首个通过直播卫星定向覆盖的地市级高清频道，也是昌都本地权威信息传播与民生服务的主流窗口。
隶属与技术覆盖
频道隶属于昌都市政府直属正县级事业单位 —— 昌都市融媒体中心，该中心 2021 年由昌都报社、昌都广播电视台整合组建。2024 年 12 月实现直播卫星上星开播，通过中星 9 号卫星定向覆盖昌都全域，14 万余用户使用 “户户通” 高清终端即可收看，搭配 4 代机顶盒还能同步接收 93 套卫星节目和 46 套广播节目。目前昌都市广播电视综合人口覆盖率已分别达到 99.5%、99.65%，频道高清化播出让图像清晰度和色彩表现大幅提升。
