邳州综合频道是邳州市融媒体中心（原邳州市广播电视台）旗下核心权威电视频道，1986 年底随邳县电视台（邳州前身）试播正式成立，2018 年 10 月伴随邳州市融媒体中心挂牌完成融媒整合升级，是江苏省广电局备案的正规县级综合频道。频道以 “传递政务声音、聚焦民生百态、彰显地方特色” 为核心定位，打造了《邳州新闻》《政风热线》《法治邳州》等多个标杆栏目，其中《邳州新闻》每日 18:30 首播并多时段重播，同步通过广播、移动端平台分发，《政风热线》作为直播问政节目搭建起政府与群众的沟通桥梁。依托 108 米电视转播塔及融媒技术升级，频道实现高标清同步播出，信号覆盖邳州全域及周边区域，电视信号覆盖用户达 200 万级，同时借助 “邳州银杏甲天下” APP、微信公众号等形成 “九位一体” 传播矩阵，总覆盖用户实现 “321 百万级”，既记录邳州经济社会发展历程，也为群众提供政务解读、民生服务、文化娱乐等多元内容，是区域舆论引导主阵地和城市形象展示重要窗口。
